Wine Review: This bright red colored wine from Cotes du Rhone opens with a light leather and gentle cherry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavors profile is a tasty mild mineral infused blueberry with notes of oak and black cherry. The finish is dry and its well managed tannins are nicely prolonged. This wine is very food friendly and would pair well with wild boar Bolognese. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Appearance: Bright and lively, with great depth. Nose: Red fruits. Palate: Luscious, with hints of thyme.
