The flavor profile is an interesting blend of blueberry with notes of toasted coconut. I also detected hints of boysenberry and black cherry. The finish is dry and its flavors and very dusty tannins so very good length. I would decant this wine in the near term and serve it with braised short ribs with pearl onions and roasted fingerling potatoes. Enjoy - Ken
