Wine Review: This very pale straw colored dry Riesling from Dutton Goldfield was very well received by the Tasting Panel. It opens with a floral bouquet of rose petal and gardenia along with hints of orange peel. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, balanced, mellow and delicate. The flavor profile is a tasty mild chamomile tea with hints of lime, yellow peach and mild minerality. This finish is dry and takes a very long time to drift away. The Panel suggested pairing this Riesling with baked Dover sole or a Thanksgiving turkey sandwich. Enjoy - KWGTP
