Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay from Dutton Goldfield was well received by the panel. It opens with a pleasant and inviting mild pear bouquet with notes of oak and a hint of apple blossom. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a rich butter and heavy oak infused pear with notes of green apple and lemon. The finish is dry and its oak flavors last for quite a while. The panel recommended pairing this very nice Chard with cashew chicken. Enjoy - KWGTP
