Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Riesling from Dr. Pauly opens with an interesting peach tea and musty latex like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, pleasantly sweet and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty ripe tangerine and lemon iced tea blend with notes of nicely integrated mild minerality. I also detected a hint of pineapple in the background. The finish remains mildly sweet and fades away nicely. This Riesling is a perfect summer sipper and would pair nicely with coconut macaroons or triple brie with fig sauce. Enjoy – Ken

Your comments on this wine:

Are all wines meant to be aged? No. In fact, perhaps 90% of today's wines are vinified for consumption within 2 years of the vintage.
