Wine Review: This pale straw colored Riesling from Dr. Pauly is very nice. It opens with a wet stone and mild pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, noticeably sweet and has a round mouthfeel. The flavor profile is an orange and peach blend with notes of iced tea and gentle minerality. The finish is pleasantly sweet and its flavors drift away nicely. This Riesling would pair well with Peking ravioli. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Powerful and racy, with mineral and graphite overtones to the plush ripe peach and apricot flavors. There's a steely note midpalate, with plenty of citrus zest on the finish. Complex and well-crafted.
