Wine Review: This straw colored dry Riesling open fragrant green apple bouquet with a hint of honey and quince. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, dry, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is green apple with nicely integrated minerality and a touch of lime and pineapple. The finish remains dry and drifts away nicely. This wine would pair well with grilled swordfish with a lemon butter drizzle. Enjoy - Ken
