Wine Review: This straw colored Auslese level Riesling opens with a Bosc pear and mild petrol like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, pleasantly sweet, slightly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a mineral infused ripe apple with hints of white pepper and pear. The finish remains sweet and fades away nicely. This wine would pair well with sharp cheese and sliced green apples or just on its own. Enjoy – Ken
