Wine Review: This pale straw colored Kabinett level Riesling is a sweet for a Kabinett, but it is so good no one will care. It opens with a mild apricot bouquet with a hint of pineapple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, lush and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a pleasantly sweet Bartlett pear and gentle tangerine blend with hints of pineapple and faint minerality. The finish is subtle. This is a great Riesling to quaff. I could drink glass after glass. Enjoy with friends! - Ken
