Wine Review: This pale straw colored dry Riesling from Dr. Loosen is very impressive. It opens with a mild lime and gentle grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, nicely acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty mineral infused lime with notes of tart mild yellow grapefruit and a touch of lychee. The finish is dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This terrific Riesling would pair nicely with grilled swordfish. Enjoy – Ken
