Wine Review: This very pale yellow colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes is a very good wine and an excellent value. It opens with a mild lime bouquet with hints of wet stone and Anjou pear. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly sweet and very appealing. The flavor profile is a tasty pear with hints mild tangerine and a touch of iced tea. The finish remains semi-dry and its flavors linger for quite some time. I would pair this wine with Chinese food. Chicken lo-mein comes to mind as a perfect match. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: The 2012 Semi-Dry Riesling presents a light golden hue and a nose of orange blossom, lavender and pear. A vibrant mouthfeel reveals flavors of apple, peach, mandarin oranges and a zesty fruit finish. Serve with light spicy foods or dessert.
