Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Franc from the Finger Lakes opens with a mild blueberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium bodied, balanced, and very easy to drink. The flavor profile is a tasty boysenberry and blueberry blend with hints of mild oak and gentle plum. The finish is dry and its mild tannins build up and its flavors are nicely prolonged. This wine would pair well with slow cooked braised short ribs. Enjoy – Ken
