Wine Review: This white gold colored Auslese level Riesling opens with sea salt, honey and Anjou pear like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, pleasantly sweet and rich. The flavor profile is a tasty apple with notes of gentle minerality and tangerine. The finish remains sweet and its flavors fade away nicely. This wine would pair very nicely with Great Hill blue cheese and fig spread on a sliced French baquette. Enjoy - Ken
