Wine Review: This very pale yellow colored un-oaked Chardonnay opens with a lemon bouquet with hints of apple. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and slightly acidic. The flavor profile is green apple with notes of minerality. I also detected hints of green grapes and tangerine. The finish is dry and subtle. This value priced Chard would pair well with quiche Lorraine. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Fermented in 100% stainless steel. This wine offers tropical aromas of melon, pineapple, banana, and apricot. It offers a lush mouth feel with crisp acidity on the finish.
