Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Pinot Noir from Domaine Serene opens with a fragrant mild oak and black raspberry with hints of black cherry and red beet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty mineral infused black raspberry with notes of faint oak and black plum. The finish is dry and a bit dusty. This Pinot would pair perfectly with a pork tenderloin with a fig glaze. Enjoy - Ken
