Wine Review: This cloudy dark ruby colored wine was very well received by all that tried it. It opens with a fragrant and attractive red raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty mineral infused red raspberry with notes of oak and red currant. I also detected hints of black pepper. The finish is dry and its flavors and tannins are quite lengthy. This wine would pair well with barbecue dishes. I would pair it with baby back ribs with slathered with Sticky Fingers "Carolina Sweet BBQ" sauce. Enjoy – Ken
