Wine Review: This 2008 Pinot from with heralded 2008 vintage was well received by the panel. It is ruby colored and opens with a mild raspberry bouquet with a hint of orange peel. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and round. The flavor profile is a mild plum with a hint of red currant and cranberry. Its impressive finish is dry and its moderate tannins are very sticky. The panel suggested pairing this Pinot with a lobster or shrimp cocktail. Enjoy – KWGTP
