Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Pinot Noir opens with a musty black raspberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, and juicy. The flavor profile is a very tasty plum and mild black raspberry blend with a hint of blueberry and gentle oak. The finish is dry and its gentle plum and oak notes continue to fade away nicely. I would pair this very nice Pinot with a thick cut of prime rib. Enjoy - Ken
