Wine Review: This very dark purple colored Cabernet opens with a mild plum bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty black cherry and blueberry blend with nicely integrated mild vanilla oak. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins linger slightly. This wine is a fine value and a great glass pour option. It would be perfect with a thick Angus burger smothered in sautéed mushrooms and barbecue sauce. Enjoy – Ken
Winemaker Notes: Aromas of vanilla bean, coffee bean, and dark cherries lead to a medium bodied palate accented by dark chocolate covered pomegranate. The supple finish offers silky tannins with hints of dark chocolate and spice.
