Wine Review: This wine gold colored Pinot Gris from Oregon is very good. It opens with an Anjou pear bouquet with hints of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and savory. The flavor profile is a mineral infused ripe Bosc pear with notes of honey and tangerine. The finish is semi-dry and its flavors last for quite a while. This Pinot Gris is food friendly and would pair well with five fruit chicken. Enjoy – Ken
