Wine Review: This bright red colored Pinot Noir from Oregon is very elegant. It opens with a fragrant strawberry and tangerine bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, juicy and flavorful. Those flavors are a tasty red plum and strawberry licorice blend with notes of mild minerality, red raspberry and a touch of sour cherry. The finish is dry and its flavors drift away nicely for quite a while. This finesse Pinot is food friendly and would pair well with shrimp cocktail. Enjoy – Ken
