Wine Review: This light yellow color Muscadet opens with an inviting Bosc pear bouquet with a hint of lime. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, lively and crisp. The flavor profile is a mineral infused green apple with hints lime and white pepper. The finish is very dry and its flavors fade away nicely. This wine would be perfect served slightly chilled with bacon wrapped scallops. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Lean, tight, and rocky are the best descriptors. Complex and mineral which match up nicely with grilled fish, oysters, crab and white meat. And a perfect apertif too.
