Wine Review: This light caramel colored dessert wine from Chateau de Malle is fabulous. It opens with a fragrant and attractive apricot bouquet. On the palate, this wine full bodied, nicely balanced, viscous and rich. The flavor profile is a delicious apricot with hints of honey and a touch of almond. The finish is pleasantly sweet and drifts away nicely. This very nice dessert wine would pair well macaroon cookies. Enjoy - Ken
