Wine Review: This Roussanne opens with inviting aromas of graphite, fennel and wild mushroom. The wine is complex with distinct, successive flavors of honeysuckle, peach and green tea, before closing with a lift from bright acidity and a touch of mint. We enjoyed it in an hors d’oeuvres course with triple crème cheese, but this wine is sturdy enough to pair with game hen or herbed chicken under a brick. - Jeoff
