Wine Review: This dark red colored "Chateauneuf du Pape" opens with a mild black cherry-cola bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mineral infused cedar and mild cherry blend with hints of faint strawberry. The finish is dry and its mild tannins and flavors fade away nicely. This wine is food friendly and would pair nicely with meat lasagna. Enjoy - Ken
