Wine Review: This bright red colored Merlot based wine is still showing very nicely. It opens with a red cherry and strawberry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and silky. The flavor profile is a mild mineral infused black cherry with notes of oak and touch of black olive. The finish is dry and its moderate dusty tannins linger and last for a while. I would pair this wine with a NY strip steak. Enjoy - Ken
