Wine Review: This very pale straw colored Pinot Grigio from Mendocino is terrific. It opens with a pineapple and lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied, delicate and smooth. The flavor profile is a tasty gentle mineral infused light pear with hints of pineapple and a touch of lime. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This is a very classy and elegant Pinot Grigio. It would pair nicely with many foods. I would serve it with fresh made bruschetta on garlic bread. Enjoy - Ken
