Wine Review: This dark ruby colored Cabernet Sauvignon opens with a fragrant boysenberry bouquet with hints of eucalyptus. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and smooth. The flavor profile is a mild ripe black cherry with notes of gentle oak and faint hints red raspberry, cranberry and cola. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are friendly and have nice length. The Cab is showing well now and would pair nicely with beef bourguignon. Enjoy - Ken
