Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay is from a new producer for me. It opens with a lemon meringue pie and apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor is a tasty apple butter with hints of gentle minerality, toffee, and mild oak. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This Chard is food friendly and would pair well with shrimp scampi. Enjoy - Ken

What is "room temperature" when used to describe wine? It means a typical cellar temperature of 58¬?F (14¬?C). This is the ideal temperature for storing wine.
