Wine Review: This bright ruby colored red blend from Toscana is very good. It opens new leather and red raspberry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a friendly black cherry with nicely integrated mild oak. I also detected a touch of plum and hint raspberry as well. The finish is quite dry and its bold tannins build up and stick around for quite a while. This wine is very food friendly and would pair well with grandma's Braciola. (Italian Beef Rolls in Tomato Sauce) Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Brancaia TRE is a wine full of character giving you drinking pleasure already at the moment of release. TRE stands for the three grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon and for our three Tuscan estates - the basis for this wine. This elegant and well structured wine ages in oak casks, is easily accessible and matches every cuisine. TRE is our third label, so we have three good reasons to name it Brancaia TRE. Perfect with various pasta dishes, roasted and sauteed white meat, white poultry, fried and grilled fish.
