Wine Review: This white gold colored Soave opens with pear and bee’s wax like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied and has a round mouth feel. The flavor profile is a tart Anjou Pear with hints of green apple and integrated minerality. I also detected some clementine. The finish is dry and brief. This entry level white wine is good and would pair well with grilled lemon chicken. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Color: Pale straw. Bouquet: Intense fragrance of flowers and pear. Taste: Medium-bodied, harmonious and balanced with hints of lemon and acacia honey. Savor with enticing dishes like antipasto, risottos, seafood and pizza.
