Wine Review: This dark ruby Tempranillo based Spanish red opens with an attractive black cherry and mild menthol bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced, and a little juicy. The flavor profile is a tasty gentle raspberry with a hint of cherry and oak on the back palate. The finish is rather dry and its moderate tannins are nicely prolonged. This wine would pair well with a cedar plank broiled salmon. Enjoy – Ken
