Wine Review: This colored Chardonnay opens with very fragrant and inviting oak and caramel bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced and lush. The flavor profile is a rich toasted oak influenced caramel apple with notes of butter. The finish is dry and its flavors are very nicely prolonged. This Chardonnay is for oak lovers. If you love this style you will really love this wine. I would pair this Chard with chicken and wild mushroom ravioli with a light butter cream sauce. Enjoy - Ken
