Wine Review: This bright ruby colored Brunello is an ideal food wine. It opens with a fresh ripe red cherry and strawberry bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, very nicely balanced, and builds up in your mouth. The flavor profile is a very tasty mild black cherry with notes of integrated oak. There are also hints of black pepper and black currant flavors blended in. The finish is dry and its mild dusty tannins are very refined. This wine is very elegant and the ultimate food wine. It should be consumed soon with veal parmigianna. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Intense ruby red colore with garnet reflections. Violet and vanilla bouquet with hints of licorice. Taste: Full, soft, velvety, with traces of spice. Perfect with red meats, wild game and aged cheeses.
