Wine Review: This ruby colored entry level wine opens with a mild new oak and black cherry bouquet with a hint of leather. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, balanced, and easy to drink. The flavor profile is a mild black cherry with some gently infused strawberry and light oak. The finish is dry and its mild and easy going tannins make this very food friendly. Pair this food friendly wine with Spanish rice or meat lasagna. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Ruby red in color. Intense bouquet with notes of cherries, plums, and violets. Rich flavors of cherry and leather. Supple tannins and good acidity.
