Wine Review: This white gold colored blend from South Africa opens with an attractive Golden Delicious apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, nicely balanced and very easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is a tasty green apple with notes of Anjou pear, almond and touch of pineapple and faint oak. The finish is dry and fades away nicely. This white wine is very food friendly and versatile. I would pair it with roasted garlic chicken. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: This beguiling white blend entices with luscious nectarine, pear and melon flavors, backed by alluring hints of lemongrass and ginger spice, seamlessly interwoven with exotic floral notes. The wine possesses tremendous fruit concentration, with bright acidity and a savory finish keeping it fresh and focused.
