Wine Review: This entry level fruit bomb from Spain is ruby colored and opens with a mild blackberry bouquet with hints of oak and black raspberry. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, acidic, and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a ripe strawberry with notes of rhubarb and oak. I also detected hints of red plum and red raspberry as well. The finish dry and its modest tannins and acidity linger for a little bit. This wine is a good glass pour and would pair well with braised short ribs. Enjoy - Ken
