Wine Review: This almost clear colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with a lemon zest and mild grapefruit bouquet with hints of wet stone. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and nicely balanced between its acidity and fruit. The flavor profile is a tasty mild grapefruit with notes of gentle lime and mild minerality. The finish is dry and refreshing. Mark and I thought it would a very nice beach wine and would pair well with swordfish kabobs. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Aromas of peach, tangerine, wet stone and orchard blossom are complimented with orange zest, mineral and lime on the palate. This wine has a nice long finish.
