Wine Review: This light straw colored Riesling from the Finger Lakes opens with a mild green apple bouquet. On the palate this wine is light bodied, balanced and easy to enjoy. The flavor profile is a tasty Anjou pear with hints of lime, mild grapefruit and a dash of white pepper. The finish is dry and lingers nicely. This affordable and very nice Dry Riesling is food friendly and versatile. It would pair well with calamari. Enjoy – Ken
