Wine Review: This dark yellow colored Chardonnay from Anaba opens with an oak influenced pear bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, nicely balanced and has a pleasant richness to it. The flavor profile is a delicious creme brulee, oak and ripe Bartlett blend. I also detected hints of golden delicious apple and nutmeg. The finish is dry and its flavors linger and last for quite some time. This Chard would pair nicely with a mini lobster pot pie. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Fresh and lively citrus aromas come together with graham cracker and a touch of brown butter. The palate is opulent and complex. Ripe fruit and lemon curd marry with round acidity finishing with supple tannins.

Organic status: not organic
