Wine Review: This light yellow colored Chardonnay is very rich. It opens with a musty pineapple, oak and apple bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic, juicy and bit over the top. It displays a tasty vanilla oak and pear blend with notes of minerality and white pepper. The finish is dry and its flavors are quite extended and last for a while. I would pair this big Chard with sauteed chicken with wild mushroom ravioli. Enjoy - Ken
Winemaker Notes: Pretty aromas of citrus blossoms, sweet peas, lemon oil and orange peel mingle with notes of toast and creamy oak. The palate is vibrant with layers of tropical fruit flavors married with lemon custard, golden apple and a hint of spice. Crisp acid balances the mouth-filling texture making this wine supple and elegant
