Wine Review: This pale straw colored Viognier from Alysian opens with a faint and pleasant pineapple, lemon and apricot bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and elegant. The flavor profile is a tasty mild apricot with hints of faint minerality and a touch of peach. The finish is dry and has a long lingering delicate finish. The panel suggested pairing this Viognier with seafood cioppino or seafood paella. Enjoy - KWGTP
