Wine Review: This glistening pale straw colored Spanish white wine from Rias Baixas is a great value. It opens with a mild lemon-lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light to medium boiled, balanced and fresh. The flavor profile is a tasty mineral infused lime and tangerine blend with a hint of peach pit. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Spanish wine blend is very food friendly and would pair nicely with a grilled Mahi-mahi sandwich. Enjoy – Ken

Winemaker Notes: Yellow straw color. Intense aromas of fruit, white flowers and mineral nuances which come from the vineyard. Persistent in the mouth and well-balanced in acidity maintaining the citric notes. Ideal to be served as appetizer, any kind of fish and seafood.
