Wine Review: This pale yellow colored Albarino opens with a very shy wet stone and peach bouquet. On the palate, the wine is light bodied, slightly acidic and crisp. The flavor profile is mineral infused mild green apple with notes of white pepper and a hint of green apple. The finish is dry and lingers slightly. I suggest pairing this Albarino with grilled trout smothered in butter. Enjoy - Ken
