Wine Review: This light yellow colored white blend from Spain opens with a wet stone, mild green melon, and gentle lime bouquet. On the palate, this wine is a tasty mild mineral infused green pear. The finish is dry, elegant, and refreshing. This wine is very versatile and food friendly. I would pair it with grilled halibut stuffed with crab. Enjoy -Ken
