Wine Review: This dark red colored kitchen sink blend opens with a mild plum and pomegranate bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and savory. The flavor profile is a black cherry and oak blend with hints of red plum and strawberry licorice. The finish is dry and its moderate tannins are a bit sticky and linger. This wine did benefit from some air and opened up and was better on day two. I would pair this wine with a gourmet bistro bacon burger. Enjoy - Ken
