Wine Review: This almost clear colored Sauvignon Blanc opens with a fragrant gooseberry and grapefruit bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, slightly acidic and juicy. The flavor profile is a tart grapefruit with notes of minerality and a hint of lime. The finish is dry and refreshing. This Sauvignon Blanc is a classic New Zealand style. I would pair it pair it with seared scallops. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Screams out of the glass, with super fresh aromas of ocean breeze, lime leaf, and tropical fruit. Succulent, juicy citrus and passion fruit flavors on the palate, with a hint of minerality and an electric finish. An absolutely fabulous refresher and sipper that's perfect for pairing with creamy pasta, seafood, or our personal favorite: our CHW exclusive fish tacos recipe.
