Wine Review: This opaque and dark ruby colored organic red blend from Argentina is very good. It opens with a cranberry and pomegranate bouquet. On the palate, this wine is medium bodied, pleasantly acidic and mouthwatering. The flavor profile is a pomegranate and red plum blend with hints of strawberry and cedar. The finish is dry and its fresh acidity and flavors fade away nicely. This wine is food friendly and would pair well with Coq au Vin. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: This blend captures the natural expression of untouched grapes and the true essence of the Uco Valley vineyard where they were picked. It has a beautiful pomegranate color and aroma of fresh red cherries with light French oak undertones. The palate is fresh and lively with black raspberry and spiced mocha notes. A great companion to barbeque or burgers, and incredibly easy to drink on its own.
