Wine Review: This pale yellow colored wine opens with a wet stone and light apricot like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is light bodied and very alive with its tangy lime and mineral like flavors. The finish is dry and very refreshing. This wine would pair well with a honey ham with baked pineapple on top. Enjoy - Ken
