Wine Review: This very dark ruby colored Syrah opens with a spicy blueberry like bouquet. On the palate, this wine is full bodied, balanced, and soft with slightly tart blueberry flavors. The finish is dry and its light tingly tannins are nicely prolonged. Our group thought this wine would pair well with a sautéed Portobello mushroom or beef stroganoff. Enjoy - Ken

Winemaker Notes: Inviting aromas of ripe plum, cranberry, chocolate, and roasted coffee. Earthy notes and pepper lead to ripe black fruit flavors. Integrated tannins show the way to a long, silky finish.
